3000万円をローン組むって事は金利をあわせて4000万程度返さないといけない。しかも35年。
これが成立するのは「終身雇用」と「年功序列の昇進」制度があったからこそだ。
年俸制や契約社員が増えたり毎年のベアも危うくなったりリストラでぽいぽい首にされる現状において住宅ローンなんか博打以外の何者でもない。
